Nikke Liinamaa is an illustrator in their thirties from Äänekoski who has been productive in art from childhood on. Liinamaa draws cartoon-like, absurd characters and texts with a ballpoint pen. According to Liinamaa, the drawings come to the artist without being planned. The drawings express a pungent humor, serious reflection and strong emotions. Liinamaa has studied at the City of Jyväskylä School of Fine Arts (2010), the Lehtimäki College (in the 2010s), at the Agricola College (2011) and the Bovallius Vocational College (2015) and held an exhibition at the Jyväskylä City Library around 2010. Liinamaa draws approximately three hours a day and publishes the drawings on Facebook. There are at least one hundred sketchbooks. Liinamaa publishes the drawings on Facebook.
