Pertin Valinta (Pertti’s choice) is an outsider art gallery, shop, event venue and production house in Helsinki. Pertin Valinta was founded by famous Finnish punk band “Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät” in 2018. Pertin Valinta’s product range includes unique artworks, photographs, crafts, records and books by outsider artists. Pertin Valinta is the first social enterprise in Finland founded by people with learning disabilities. The company’s profits are used to employ people with special needs.
The OAF Tokyo pop up presents Imagine Everyday! Outsider Art Finland exhibition featuring art works and products by artists Maima Tani, Kalevi Helvetti and The Lost Archives installation by Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät PKN punk band. The exhibition is co-curated by OAF and HERALBONY and exhibited in HERALBONY LABORATORY GINZA the 29th Nov -26th Dec. The exhibition is open to the public daily from 11am to 7pm, except on Tuesdays.
