Artistic decisions and curating are made by the festival’s artistic team. The team consists of outsider artists and experienced artistic mentors from the fields of music, visual arts, film and the performing arts.
OAF is developing inclusive curating festival production model. Its goal is to add equality to discussion and decision making.
Artistic team members 2023 are Sami Helle, Sani Valoranta, Paleface, Johanna Konttinen, Maria Tani, Jani Leinonen, Pekka Elomaa, Mika Hagman, Heidi Backström, Niklas Nyholm, Joonas Nyholm, Ilona Ahti, Sanni Purhonen, Aleksis Salusjärvi and international mentor Sofia Lanusse (Outsider Art Fair New York & Paris).
